Responsibilities

• Supervises and leads production operations teams 24/7.
• Champions safety culture and ensures compliance with policies.
• Coordinates prioritization of manufacturing and equipment troubleshooting.
• Manages timecards, overtime scheduling and attendance reporting.
• Maintains equipment schedules and addresses personnel concerns.
• Acts as incident commander for plant spill alarms.
• Plays a key role in plant leadership.
