Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field, or 7+ years of leadership experience in an operations environment.
• 2+ years of warehouse experience.

Responsibilities

• Adjust staffing and equipment assignments to optimize material flow and operational efficiency; manage time and attendance for payroll processing
• Identify process bottlenecks and implement improvements
• Support inventory management, shipping and receiving, warehouse optimization, and cutting operations
• Proactively identify and address safety concerns; maintain a safe work environment and ensure ISO compliance
• Lead implementation of process and procedure changes across assigned areas
• Ensure training and development for all team members
