Responsibilities

• Oversee operational processes to maintain correct inventory levels and ensure timely order completion.
• Review workload and assign tasks to employees.
• Train and coach the warehouse team, providing development opportunities and performance feedback.
• Utilize warehouse management system and maintain accurate work documents.
• Establish and promote exceptional customer service.
• Enforce company policies and safety procedures to ensure compliance.
• Safely operate warehouse equipment and provide backup to management.
• Track orders and investigate issues.
• Catalog and track goods and supplies.
• Maintain a clean workspace following the 7S program.
• Work safely to protect team members.
