Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc is seeking a Night Lead for the 3rd shift (Friday–Monday) in our Omaha, NE warehouse. You will oversee the warehouse team, ensure accurate inventory, and maintain timely order fulfillment while coaching staff and enforcing safety policies.

Qualified candidates will have at least 2 years in a warehouse setting, 1 year of SAP experience, and familiarity with WMS and handheld scanners. Flexibility for overtime and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
• 1 year of SAP experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and handheld scanners.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational processes to ensure inventory levels are correct and orders are completed accurately and on time.
• Review workload and assign tasks to employees.
• Train and coach the warehouse team and provide development opportunities; recommend improvements as needed.
• Utilize warehouse management system and maintain work documents.
• Establish and promote exceptional customer service.
