Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. in Omaha, NE seeks a Lead Warehouse Supervisor for the 3rd shift (Sunday-Thursday, 10:00pm–6:30am). You will oversee your team and warehouse area to maintain accurate inventory, guide workloads, train staff, and ensure safe, compliant operations.

The role requires 2 years in warehousing, 1 year SAP experience, and familiarity with WMS and handheld scanners. A high school diploma is preferred, with overtime flexibility and potential supervisory background.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
• 1 year of SAP experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and handheld scanners.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational processes to ensure inventory accuracy and on-time order completion.
• Review workload and assign tasks to warehouse staff.
• Train and coach the team; provide development opportunities and performance improvement actions as needed.
• Utilize the warehouse management system and maintain work documents.
• Maintain exceptional customer service and enforce safety procedures.
