Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. in Lincoln, NE is seeking a Supervisor, Supply Chain Operations to lead daily warehouse operations, schedule planning, and develop a high-performing team. This role focuses on delivering efficient service, coaching staff, and maintaining safety and quality standards.

You will work closely with leadership and other departments, uphold the GXO 7S program, and drive continuous improvement projects while ensuring a clean, organized warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant work experience in warehousing or logistics.
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field; 2 years supervisory experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Experience with AS9100 or ISO environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient daily operations of the warehouse.
• Prepare schedules.
• Supervise the team and provide training and coaching to improve performance.
• Monitor work quality to consistently deliver exceptional customer service.
• Demonstrate an understanding of the company quality policy.
• Adhere to the GXO 7S program.
• Communicate well with leadership, team members and other departments.
• Implement continuous improvement action plans.
• Always maintain a clean environment.

Skills

2 years of relevant work experience
