Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Lead Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, team performance, and order accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll train and coach staff, monitor workflows using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and handheld scanners, enforce safety policies, and ensure timely, accurate fulfillment while delivering strong customer service. This role requires physical stamina and flexibility to work various shifts.

Qualifications

• It would be great if you have 2 years of warehouse experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and handheld scanners.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational processes to ensure correct inventory levels and timely orders.
• Review workload and assign tasks to employees.
• Train and coach the warehouse team and provide development opportunities.
• Utilize warehouse management system and maintain documents.
• Establish, maintain and promote exceptional customer service.
• Enforce company policies and safety procedures to ensure compliance.
