Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Data Center Lead in Omaha to oversee the warehouse team and ensure accurate inventory levels, timely order fulfillment, and safe operations.

You will train staff, assign workload, and monitor performance while leveraging SAP and WMS tools to support daily logistics goals. The role requires 2 years in a warehouse setting, 1 year SAP experience, and the ability to operate and coach with WMS and handheld scanners.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
• 1 year of SAP experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and handheld scanners.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational processes to ensure correct inventory levels and on-time order fulfillment.
• Review workload and assign tasks to employees.
• Train and coach the warehouse team and provide developmental opportunities; recommend improvements as needed.
• Utilize the warehouse management system and maintain work documents.
• Promote exceptional customer service and enforce company policies and safety procedures.
