Job summary

Pitney Bowes is hiring a Warehouse Operations Supervisor for our Las Vegas presort facility. The role oversees production staff on the 3rd shift, drives postal deadlines, and ensures adherence to USPS rules. Salary ranges from $60,000 to $65,000 with a 6% field bonus.

You will manage mail flow, supervise hiring and training, and contribute to process improvements while supporting company growth and customer discounts.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year supervisory experience in USPS-related environments.
• Experience in production or mailing industry preferred.
• Strong computer skills including MS Excel/Access/Word.

Responsibilities

• Organize mail flow on production floor by assigning workers and assessing volumes.
• Oversee production workers; interview, hire, train, appraise performance; reward and discipline.
• Ensure quality management and follow Total Quality Management processes at all times.
• Assist in USPS and internal reports and job costing; ensure clear shift communication.
• Suggest improvements for equipment use, working conditions and staff motivation.
