Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum one year supervising an hourly warehouse workforce.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and basic computer applications.
• Strong leadership, planning, staffing, team-building, organizing, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound scheduling with transportation providers.
• Supervise unloading, stacking, staging, and ensure accurate counts and minimal damages.
• Verify inbound/outbound documents with drivers and inspect for damages.
• Establish work schedules and manage attendance; assign work and approve overtime as needed.
• Maintain proficiency in the warehouse management system and optimize space utilization.
