Job summary

Wagner Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead receiving, warehousing, and shipping operations during the second shift (3:00 PM - 11:30 PM). The role requires ensuring accurate inventories, safe equipment use, and efficient scheduling with transportation providers.

You will supervise hourly staff, uphold quality service, and manage records, safety, and communications with customers and vendors, under the Warehouse Manager's guidance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
• Minimum of one year supervising hourly warehouse staff.
• Familiarity with WMS and inventory control.
• Ability to work on second shift and supervise a team.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inbound/outbound shipping operations and scheduling with carriers.
• Lead receiving, warehousing, and shipping to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Manage equipment safety and scheduling for maintenance and repairs.
• Establish work timetables, assign tasks, and monitor attendance.
• Maintain inventory accuracy, space utilization, and storage procedures.
• Enforce safety, sanitation, and security policies and conduct safety meetings.
• Complete records/reports and process returns as required.
• Coordinate communication between staff, management, and vendors.
