Job summary

Halperns’ Steak & Seafood seeks a Warehouse/Production Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse and production activities, assign staff, and monitor product flow. The role includes recommending process improvements and ensuring adherence to safety and USDA regulations.

You will lead, train, and evaluate staff, coordinate with other centers, and uphold company practices while driving operational efficiency and quality across shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, analyze, present and interpret written documentation.
• Must maintain strong attention to detail and drive for results.
• Must understand USDA regulations affecting warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervises warehouse and/or production activities and staff.
• Monitors product flow and assigns staff for optimal throughput.
• Implements process improvements and ensures safety procedures.
• Inspects warehouse condition and equipment; coordinates repairs.
• Maintains records of incoming receipts and outgoing shipments.
• Mentors staff and enforces company policies; handles disciplinary actions.
