Job summary

Holman Logistics Option 2 is seeking a warehouse supervisor to oversee daily shift operations, including selection, shipping, receiving, and trailer loading. You will review orders to determine work sequences and ensure priority loads are handled promptly.

You will supervise warehouse staff, enforce safety, monitor productivity, and coordinate operations to achieve on-time deliveries while maintaining quality and minimizing damage.

Qualifications

• Three years warehouse experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED; forklift certification required.
• MS Office knowledge (Excel, Access and Word).

Responsibilities

• Directly oversees daily shift operations to include selection, shipping, receiving, and trailer loading operations.
• Reviews orders to determine work sequences and ensure priority loads are handled timely.
• Supervises daily activity of warehouse Team Members and Traffic Clerks.
• Resolves issues that arise when orders are being picked, loaded or inbounded.
• Directs Traffic Clerk regarding how work is assigned for operators and the schedule.
• Maintains performance records of assigned associates.
• Plans assignments, coordinates and monitors operations to ensure on-time deliveries and minimize damage.
• Promotes safety in work processes and ensures a generally safe work environment.
