Responsibilities

• Supervise night shift warehouse and transportation operations.
• Dispatch drivers and manage delivery routes for efficiency.
• Monitor schedules and adjust routes in real time.
• Oversee warehouse workflow for productivity and accuracy.
• Be primary contact for drivers, warehouse staff, and customers at night.
• Resolve issues quickly to minimize delays and maintain service levels.
• Assist with scheduling, labor planning, and workflow coordination.
• Ensure safety procedures and DOT regulations are followed.
• Track shipments and communicate progress to teams and customers.
• Maintain transportation and warehouse documentation.
