Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Willingness to work rotating 12-hour shifts including days, nights, weekends and overtime.
• Ability to meet pre-employment and work authorization requirements.
• Preferred: 1+ years of manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor cable manufacturing equipment.
• Perform product quality checks and report issues.
• Follow standard work, safety procedures, and production instructions.
• Support line start-up, changeovers, and routine production tasks.
• Load, unload, move, and stage materials for production.
• Complete production records and use computer systems as needed.
• Keep the work area clean, safe, and organized.
