Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED required.
• 0 to 1 year direct supervisory/leadership experience required.
• 1 year or more experience in transportation, warehouse or distribution environment preferred.

Responsabilités

• Supervise day-to-day logistics operations and coordinate activities.
• Plan and review logistics processes with the Logistics Manager to meet standards.
• Establish work schedules and procedures for optimal shift logistics.
• Be accountable for site KPI and customer service specs.
• Work with customers on all aspects of operations.
• Conduct regular progress meetings and coach team members.
• Promote diversity and inclusion and improve internal processes.
• Perform performance evaluations and recommend rewards or raises.
• Address performance issues through corrective actions.
• Lead health & safety initiatives and ensure policy adherence.
• Provide orientation and resources to employees and leads.
