Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. in Etna, Ohio is seeking a Permanent Full Time Warehouse Associate to support our facility.

This role involves operating powered industrial trucks, picking and packing orders, and assisting with loading/unloading while maintaining high safety standards. We offer competitive pay, a $1.00 shift premium for 2nd shift, weekly pay, on-the-job training, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, and PTO.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Six months of related warehouse experience required.
• One year or more related warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to operate powered industrial trucks (stand-up/sit-down forklifts, cherry picker, reach truck).
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.

Responsibilities

• Package, kit and/or assemble orders and materials.
• Load and unload inbound/outbound trailers and ensure accurate scanning.
• Train dock employees on new procedures and maintain facility security.
• Perform picking and packing duties and address product damage.
• Support housekeeping and contribute to safe, efficient warehouse operations.
