Job summary

McKesson is seeking an Operations Supervisor - Night Shift at the Conroe Distribution Center. You will lead a team of about 20–25 associates on the night shift, coaching on performance, safety, and engagement to meet key operational goals.

You will oversee receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control while partnering with cross-functional teams to sustain safe, compliant, and efficient warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• Typically 3+ years of leadership experience in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics setting.
• Education: High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of roughly 20–25 warehouse associates on the night shift.
• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control.
• Promote safety culture and ensure OSHA compliance across night-shift operations.
• Monitor KPIs and adjust staffing to meet service levels and productivity goals.
• Collaborate with inventory control, transportation, and maintenance to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement.
