Qualifications

• For supervisory/leadership roles, a high school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in transportation, warehouse or distribution is preferred.
• Strong communication and people-management skills are essential.

Responsabilités

• Supervise, coordinate and oversee daily logistics operations.
• Plan and review logistics processes with the Logistics Manager.
• Establish schedules and coordinate worker activities for optimal shift performance.
• Monitor site KPIs and drive improvements.
• Collaborate with customers on operations and goals.
• Hold regular team meetings to review progress and coach staff.
• Conduct performance evaluations and recommend awards or raises.
• Enforce health, safety and security initiatives and policies.
• Provide orientation and resources to employees and leads.
