• Supervise day-to-day logistics operations.
• Plan and review processes with the Logistics Manager to meet company standards and customer service specs.
• Establish work schedules and coordinate activities for optimal shift/team logistics.
• Monitor KPIs in collaboration with the customer across operations.
• Conduct regular progress meetings, coach and recognize successes.
• Ensure health & safety compliance and adherence to policies.
