Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of warehouse procedures, inventory management, and material handling equipment.
• Experience with inventory management systems and warehouse management software.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.

• Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Supervises warehouse associates including hiring, scheduling, training, coaching, and mentoring staff.
• Ensures timely, accurate and complete order pulling and proper loading of orders.
• Ensures FIFO stock rotation and proper stocking of received goods.
• Ensures safety protocols and compliance with health and safety programs.
• Coordinates pick planning with the Warehouse Manager.
• Utilizes warehouse management systems and analyzes productivity to propose improvements.
• Manages building security and after-hours alarms if needed.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
