Job summary

Cold Spring Brewing in Cold Spring, MN is seeking an Inventory Specialist for a fast-paced environment with 12-hour shifts. You will monitor production, ensure materials are at correct locations, and reconcile inventories for finished goods and raw materials across the facility.

This role uses ERP systems (SAP) and Excel to maintain accuracy, perform regular counts, and support variance reporting to VP Production and Accounting.

Qualifications

• Must have 1+ years in blending/manufacturing environments.
• Proficient with Outlook, Microsoft Office (Word/Excel) and portals.
• Strong inventory control knowledge.
• Detail-oriented with accurate record keeping.
• Proficient computer use, writing and filing records.

Responsibilities

• Monitor customer production schedules across lines.
• Ensure materials are located correctly prior to production.
• Verify inventory issued to VP production orders.
• Collaborate across departments to fix variances and issues.
• Communicate with Shipping/Production on training and updates.
• Troubleshoot sub and raw material usage for finished goods.
