Job summary

Logistics Insight Corporation (LINC) based in Greer, SC, seeks a night shift supervisor to lead warehouse associates, ensuring accurate, safe, and efficient operations to support BMW production.

The ideal candidate will be bilingual in English and Spanish, possess strong leadership and communication skills, and have 0–5 years of supervisory or warehouse experience. A degree is preferred, and solid computer skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support warehouse associates during your shift, ensuring work is completed accurately, efficiently, and safely.
• Monitor productivity, quality, and safety standards to keep operations running smoothly.
• Train, coach, and develop team members to meet performance goals.
• Address employee questions, concerns, and performance issues in real time.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to support daily workflow.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Enforce company policies, processes, and safety expectations.
• Partner with leadership and other departments to resolve operational issues.
• Complete daily reporting on labor, workflow, and productivity.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and accuracy.

Logistics Insight Corporation (LINC), a subsidiary of Universal Logistics Holdings, Inc., is a leading third party logistics provider (3PL) that offers a broad scope of services throughout the entire supply chain. Our operation is based in Greer, SC and supports BMW. We manage and operate a warehouse facility that handles pick and pack, sequencing, inventory management, and daily production support.

Shift Available

Night Shift: Rotating Four-Day Work Week

Operating Schedule: Monday-Saturday

Shift Hours: 7:00 PM - 5:00 AM

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

The Ideal Candidate Should Possess the Following:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is strongly preferred, as this role requires frequent communication with a largely Spanish-speaking workforce. Candidates must be comfortable communicating, coaching, and providing direction in both languages.
