Job summary

Universal Logistics Holdings in Greer, SC is seeking a Warehouse Operations Leader to oversee a fast-paced warehouse, lead supervisors and hourly staff, and ensure safety, quality, productivity, and on-time customer service. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in English and Spanish, have 3–7 years of leadership experience in logistics or manufacturing, and be proficient with MS Office and WMS.

A Bachelor's degree is preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.

• Manage staffing, scheduling, performance reviews, employee development, and disciplinary actions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, customer requirements, and safety standards.
• Partner with customers and senior leadership to resolve operational challenges and support business objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, quality, and cost reduction.
• Analyze operational data and prepare reports related to labor, productivity, quality, and inventory performance.
• Maintain a strong floor presence and provide hands-on leadership to support day-to-day operations.

Our operation is based in Greer, SC and supports BMW. We manage and operate a high-volume warehouse environment responsible for sequencing, pick and pack, inventory management, material flow, and production support activities.

Shift Available

Operating Schedule: Monday-Friday

Shift Hours: 7:00 PM - 5:00 AM

Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:
