Job summary

Universal Logistics Holdings seeks a warehouse supervisor for the 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 2:30pm–11:30pm) in Chillicothe, IL. You will lead and support warehouse associates, ensuring work is completed accurately, efficiently, and safely while coordinating inbound and outbound shipments.

This role requires strong communication, basic computer skills, and the ability to motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Strong written and verbal communication with leadership ability.
• Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office and basic warehouse systems.
• Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, proactive approach.
• Multitasks and prioritizes in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-first attitude with reliability and work ethic.
• 0-5 years supervisory or leadership experience in warehouse, distribution, or transportation operations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership and other departments to resolve operational issues.

Our operation is based in Chillicothe, IL and supports CAT's material flow needs. We manage and operate a warehouse facility that provides pick and pack, sequencing, inventory management, and daily production support.

Shifts Available:

2nd shift: Monday - Friday / 2:30pm - 11:30pm
