Job summary

Universal Logistics Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Greer, SC to lead and support warehouse associates, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and safety during each shift.

You will monitor productivity, coach staff, coordinate inbound/outbound shipments, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining a clean, compliant operation.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's or Associate's degree and 0–5 years of supervisory/warehouse experience, with bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

The Ideal Candidate Should Possess the Following

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is strongly preferred, as this role requires frequent communication with a largely Spanish-speaking workforce. Candidates must be comfortable communicating, coaching, and providing direction in both languages.
• Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred; equivalent experience will also be considered.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop employees.
• Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced operation.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and a team-first attitude.
• 0-5 years of supervisory, leadership, warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or transportation experience.
