Job summary

Logistics Insight Corporation (LINC) is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for its Mesa, AZ operation. The role oversees 3rd shift (10:00pm–7:00am), supervising warehouse associates, ensuring on-time tasks, and maintaining safety and quality standards.

Strong communication and MS Office skills are essential, with 0–5 years supervisory experience in warehousing or distribution preferred. The ideal candidate will coach staff, coordinate inbound/outbound movements, and support continuous improvement

• Supervise warehouse associates during assigned shifts, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks
• Monitor productivity, quality, and safety standards throughout the facility
• Train, coach, and develop team members to achieve performance goals
• Address employee questions, concerns, and performance issues in real-time
• Coordinate the movement of inbound and outbound shipments
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Enforce company policies, procedures, and safety regulations
• Communicate with leadership and other departments to resolve operational issues
• Complete daily reports on labor, workflow, and production performance
• Support continuous improvement efforts and operational efficiency

Our operation is based in Mesa, AZ and supports Boeing Areospace. We manage and operate a warehouse facility providing pick and pack, sequencing, and inventory management support.

Shifts Available:

3rd shift:Monday - Friday from 10:00pm - 7:00am
