Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; experience in warehouse supervision preferred.
• Proven leadership in a fast-paced warehouse setting with overnight responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and safety practices.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nightly warehouse activities including receiving, storage, and shipping.
• Lead, train, and support warehouse staff to drive performance and productivity.
• Monitor inventory levels; conduct audits to ensure accuracy and reduce discrepancies.
• Enforce safety policies to maintain a safe working environment.
• Coordinate with logistics, sales, and other departments to meet customer demand and ensure timely deliveries.
• Prepare reports on warehouse operations, inventory, and employee performance.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and reduce costs.
