Compensation is $65,000 annually with a 4‑day Mon–Thu schedule and opportunities for leadership development. This full‑time role requires strong leadership, night‑shift readiness, and the ability to work independently in an overnight environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Proven experience in warehouse supervision or management.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and safety practices.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness and ability to work the assigned night‑shift schedule.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in logistics or related field.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate nightly warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and shipping products.
• Lead, train, and support warehouse employees to promote strong performance and productivity.
• Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular audits to maintain accuracy and prevent discrepancies.
• Implement and enforce safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
• Collaborate with logistics, sales, and other departments to meet customer demand and ensure timely deliveries.
• Prepare and maintain reports related to warehouse operations, inventory, and employee performance.
• Identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes, increase efficiency, and reduce costs.
• Address and resolve issues related to product quality, safety, and inventory discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standard operating practices.
• Provide leadership and decision‑making support during overnight warehouse operations.
• Perform additional warehouse‑related duties as assigned by management.
