Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate nightly warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and shipping products.
• Lead, train, and support warehouse employees to promote strong performance and productivity.
• Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular audits to maintain accuracy and prevent discrepancies.
• Implement and enforce safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
• Collaborate with logistics, sales, and other departments to meet customer demand and ensure timely deliveries.
• Prepare and maintain reports related to warehouse operations, inventory, and employee performance.
• Identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes, increase efficiency, and reduce costs.
• Address and resolve issues related to product quality, safety, and inventory discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standard operating practices.
• Provide leadership and decision‑making support during overnight warehouse operations.
• Perform additional warehouse‑related duties as assigned by management.

Mitchell Companies is looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead nightly warehouse operations and support the efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of beverage products. This position plays a key role in leading warehouse employees, maintaining inventory accuracy, promoting safety, and ensuring orders are fulfilled efficiently and on time.

The ideal candidate is a strong leader who can motivate a team, manage competing priorities, solve problems, and maintain high standards in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This is a hands‑on leadership position requiring the ability to work independently and effectively during overnight operations.

Schedule

This position is a night-shift leadership role with two available schedule options:

• 5:00 PM – 3:30 AM, Monday–Thursday
• 8:00 PM – 6:30 AM, Monday–Thursday

Candidates must be comfortable working overnight hours and maintaining a consistent four-day schedule.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

This is an active warehouse leadership position. Employees routinely:

• Stand and walk throughout the warehouse for extended periods
• Bend, reach, lift, and perform other physical warehouse activities
• Lift products weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures, including refrigerated areas
• Work around warehouse equipment and varying levels of noise
• Work overnight and during extended evening/early‑morning hours
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment
