Job summary

C&S Wholesale Grocers, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor at our Midland, GA facility. You will supervise daily warehouse operations, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and oversee safety, training, and performance of associates to maintain efficient distribution center performance.

The role requires supervisory experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Three years warehouse distribution experience preferred.
• One year supervisory or lead experience required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organization, prioritization, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Strong leadership and training skills; able to work with all management levels.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel and Word).
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day warehouse activities (shipping, receiving, selection, loading, storage).
• Coordinate with cross-functional departments for distribution center operations and issue resolution.
• Schedule and assign work to warehouse associates to ensure productivity and safety.
• Maintain warehouse KPI reports and ensure health, safety, cleanliness, and security of the work environment.
• Ensure compliance with distribution procedures and safety regulations; promote safety awareness.
• Coordinate and lead pre-shift meetings and communicate changes in procedures.
• Manage staffing, training, performance, and career development of associates.
• Assist with labor agreement administration as needed.
