Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Bachelor’s degree or Associate degree in a related field or 3+ years in transportation, delivery, or logistics
• Experience in warehouse and logistics operations
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Analytical mindset with data analysis and reporting

Responsibilities

• Designs, implements, and improves safety and security programs for warehouse operations.
• Conducts safety audits and risk assessments across facilities and processes.
• Delivers comprehensive safety training for all associates.
• Ensures regulatory compliance and regulatory reporting as required.
• Oversees day-to-day operations of the operations department.
• Drives KPI achievement for safety, cost, quality, inventory, and capacity.
• Collaborates with Fleet and HR to meet staffing and compliance needs.
• Monitors and improves security, safety practices, and workplace culture.
