Job summary

Quality Custom Distribution Services LLC (QCD), a subsidiary of GSF, is seeking a warehouse associate in a temperature-controlled facility in Northern Kentucky. You will load, pick, and move products, using RF scanners to keep the supply chain running smoothly and safely.

The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, weekend/holiday availability, and a valid forklift certification. Training includes VoCollect voice-picking and FEFO protocols to ensure accuracy and food safety.

Qualifications

• Electric pallet jack use within 2 years required.
• Temperature control work in freezer and cooler environments (-5 °F to 38 °F).
• Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and safety commitment.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment.
• Experience with warehouse management systems and handheld scanners preferred.
• Valid forklift certification and 6+ months of safe equipment operation.
• Strong reading and math skills for labeling and counting.
• Voice-directed picking with VoCollect headset.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate pallet jacks and forklifts (forklift certification required).
• Inspect incoming/outgoing shipments and verify orders and product quality.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area per standards.
• Use RF scanners and inventory systems to track orders and inventory.
• Follow all QIP, sanitation, and safety protocols.
• Use handheld scanners to pick and pack customer orders accurately.
• Conduct cycle counts and spot checks to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Follow FEFO procedures for food products.
