Job summary

Quality Custom Distribution Services LLC (QCD), a GSF subsidiary, seeks a Warehouse Associate (Selector) in Suffolk. You will move, pick, and ship products in a multi-temperature warehouse, using handheld scanners and RF tech to ensure accuracy and safety.

The role is full-time, on-site with a 4:00am shift in a temp-controlled facility (-5 °F to 38 °F). Pay is $21.63/hour with benefits after 30 days and a 5-day work week.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work in temperature-controlled environments.
• Valid forklift certification and 6+ months of safe equipment operation.
• Experience with warehouse management systems and handheld scanners preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate material handling equipment: pallet jacks and forklifts.
• Inspect incoming/outgoing shipments and verify order accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with company standards.
• Use RF scanners and inventory systems to track orders and inventory.
• Follow all QIP and sanitation policies and safety protocols.
• Selector-specific: use handheld scanners to pick and pack orders and conduct cycle counts.
• Follow FEFO procedures for food products.
