Job summary

Sysco Northeast Rdc is seeking a Warehouse Manager for night shift overseeing the end-to-end receipt, storage, retrieval and dispatch of goods. Responsibilities include ensuring safety, security, and productivity while managing Instawarehouse operations and for maintaining accurate inventory records.

The role emphasizes controlling POs, coordinating with back-office systems, supervising staff, and ensuring on-time order fulfillment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred: Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management.
• 2–5 years of Supply Chain/Warehouse and Management experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage daily processing of Purchase Orders and Stock Purchase Orders to ensure flow through systems.
• Ensure product is warehoused and disbursed to picking line within prescribed time frame.
• Ensure daily warehouse order processing is completed and tickets/products are shipped.
• Manage receiving, inventory control & returns; monitor Direct and True Bins for accuracy.
• Assist with expediting customer service orders and monitoring orders and inventory for completion.
• Input data, provide training, supervise staff, oversee workflow and resolve problems.
• Assist Customer Service Manager in resolving shipment or returns issues.
