Job summary

Sysco is seeking a Warehouse Manager for Night Shift- Receiving Manager responsibilities. The role oversees safe receipt, storage, and timely dispatch of goods, ensuring health and safety standards, and secure stock management.

You will plan storage layouts and manage automation systems while maintaining productivity targets. The position requires 2–5 years in supply chain, experience with warehouse platforms, and MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Preferred: Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management.
• 2–5 years of supply chain/warehouse and management experience.
• Proficiency with warehouse management platforms and inventory systems.
• MS Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain it.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage daily processing of Purchase Orders to ensure flow through Admin and Back Office systems.
• Ensure product is warehoused and disbursed to picking line within prescribed time frame and process Instawarehouse POs to completion.
• Ensure daily warehouse order processing and that pick tickets/products are shipped from the warehouse.
• Oversee receiving, inventory control, and returns; monitor Direct and True Bins for accurate inventory.
• Assist with expediting customer service orders and monitoring inventory for order completion.
• Input data, provide training, supervise staff, oversee workflow and resolve problems.
• Assist Customer Service Manager in resolving shipment or returns issues.
• Enforce proper use and maintenance of Instawarehouse equipment; ensure proper delivery/pickup of inventory.
