Qualifications

• 1+ year supervisory experience in USPS-related work (presort, mailroom or similar).
• 2+ years of production or mailing industry experience.
• Proficient with MS Excel; basic MS Word, internet and email.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform walking/standing for long periods.
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays, or different shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage the production workers on the designated 3rd shift.
• Interview, hire, train, appraise performance, and handle discipline as needed.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and laws; oversee quality throughout the area.
• Support USPS regulations, prepare required reports, and ensure clear shift communication.
• Suggest improvements to equipment use, working conditions, and staff motivation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
