Job summary

Pitney Bowes is hiring a Warehouse Production Supervisor for the 3rd shift at our Presort Services facility in Charlotte, NC. Schedule is Tuesday–Saturday, 12:30 AM–9:30 AM EST, with a 6% annual field bonus and a salary of $67,000. Vacation is not fixed annually.

You will manage production workers, meet postal deadlines, and ensure adherence to USPS regulations and internal reports. Strong supervision and MS Excel/Access skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-year supervisory experience in a production/mailing environment.
• Minimum of 2 years of progressively responsible experience in production or mailing industries.
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel and/or MS Access; basic knowledge of MS Word, internet, and email.

Responsibilities

• Manage production workers on the designated shift.
• Interview, hire, train, appraise performance; discipline employees.
• Oversee quality functions and ensure TQM processes are followed.
• Assist in USPS and internal reports and job costing.
• Ensure clear communication between shifts and contribute to efficiency improvements.
• Other duties as assigned.
