Job summary

Cardinal Health, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Swedesboro, NJ to perform order picking, packing, and shipping activities. The role requires operating RF scanners and material handling equipment, with emphasis on safety and accuracy in a fast-paced distribution setting.

The position supports a Sunday–Thursday overnight schedule, with overtime as needed. Benefits include health coverage, PTO, HSA, and a 401(k). Applicants with 1–2 years of related experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–2 years of related warehouse/distribution center experience preferred.
• Automated or RF warehouse experience beneficial.
• Ability to operate or willingness to learn material handling equipment (pallet jacks, cherry/order pickers, reach trucks, forklifts) as needed.
• Ability to stand for long periods with frequent bending.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs to process orders including picking, quality checks, packing, and preparation for shipment.
• Cross-train in multiple warehouse areas and participate in projects as assigned.
• Receive large boxes on dock, scan product with RF scanner, input data.
• Operate material handling equipment as needed to replenish warehouse.
• Maintain clean work environment and comply with safety requirements.
