Job summary

Performance Foodservice in Lebanon, Tennessee is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support shipping and receiving, maintaining accuracy and safety while keeping the flow of goods moving.

You will operate forklift-related tasks, select orders, stock, palletize, and participate in quality checks, with incentives and benefits starting Day 1. The role requires lifting up to 90 lbs and working in multi-temperature environments.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Ability to work scheduled times and overtime.
• Able to stand, walk, reach and lift repeatedly.
• Able to lift 10-35 pounds and up to 60-90 pounds depending on location.
• Able to work in cooler, freezer and dry environments.
• Pass post-offer drug test and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Performs general warehouse duties including forklift put-away, let-downs, will-call selection, returns, sanitation, break down pallets, wrapping pallets, order selection, loading, and receiving.
• Keeps warehouse area clean and safe; reports unsafe conditions.
• Performs daily safety checks on forklift/pallet jack.
• Performs damage checks on items and reports to supervisor.
• Swaps batteries and completes vehicle inspection checklist.
• Reviews work schedule and daily production paperwork for operations.
• Wears all required PPE and safety gear.
• Meets productivity and accuracy standards per location.
• Completes paperwork and secures equipment.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
