Floor & Decor in Knoxville, TN is seeking a Receiving Associate to support warehouse operations. You will unload, audit, and stage merchandise, assist with inventory control, and help ensure accurate receiving paperwork.

This role offers both full-time and part-time schedules with forklift training available and a benefits program. Ideal candidates will have 1–2 years of warehouse experience, strong detail orientation, and good communication skills.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years warehouse experience preferred.
• Forklift certification required.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work extended hours during peak seasons.
• Ability to lift 30–60 pounds occasionally and 20–30 pounds frequently.

Responsibilities

• Assist in unloading, auditing and staging products in warehouse operations.
• Ensure all receiving paperwork is completed accurately.
• Store products properly to conserve space and follow safety procedures.
• Oversee the rotation of inventories within the warehouse.
• Complete required department and equipment training (including forklift certification).
