Job summary

Ferguson is seeking a 3rd shift Warehouse Associate Equipment Operator for our Lebanon, TN distribution center. The role emphasizes safe, accurate, dependable work in shipping/receiving with potential PIT certification training.

Starting pay is $20.00 per hour with a $2.50 shift differential, plus bonus opportunities. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, a 401(k) with match, PTO, and more. Candidate should be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Prior warehouse, distribution, shipping, or receiving experience preferred.
• Experience operating powered industrial equipment (forklifts, reach trucks).
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Willingness to learn RF scanners or voice systems.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate powered industrial equipment per OSHA and Ferguson procedures.
• Pick, sort, stage, store, and transport product to locations.
• Use RF scanners, voice systems, and labor management tools daily.
• Build and label pallets; maintain inventory integrity.
• Ensure product accuracy, quality, and safety; follow SOPs.
• Communicate with team and support a team-focused environment.
