Job summary

Performance Food Group is seeking a warehouse associate in Lebanon, TN to select cases and containers for customer orders from multi-level racks. You will load pallets, move goods to the shipping area, and ensure accurate, timely fulfillment with safety at the forefront.

Responsibilities include safety checks, operating pallet jacks and forklifts, and completing required paperwork. Training leads to higher hourly rates with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Ability to work scheduled/assigned shifts, including required overtime.
• Lift 10-100 lbs regularly; up to 60-100 lbs location dependent.
• Pass post-offer drug test and criminal background check.
• EPJ certification within the new-hire training period.
• Work in multi-temperature environments (dry/cooler/freezer).

Responsibilities

• Operate pallet jack to move orders on multi-level racks.
• Prepare orders from pick slots and load shipments.
• Transport pallets to shipping dock; shrink-wrap as needed.
• Perform safety checks and use PPE; maintain clean work area.
• Complete shift paperwork and close-out activities.
