Job summary

Performance Food Group is hiring for a warehouse order picker in Minnesota. You will select cases and other containers to fill customer orders from multi-level rack storage, move pallets to the loading dock using an electric pallet jack, and ensure safe, timely shipment of orders.

The role requires standing/walking, lifting up to 80 pounds, and working 4–5 nights (Sun–Fri, no Saturdays) from 5:00 PM until finished. Training pays $21.00/hour with an average of $23.55/hour after training.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work scheduled times and overtime.
• Able to stand, walk, reach and lift repeatedly.
• Able to lift 10–35 lbs and up to 80 lbs occasionally.
• Able to work in cooler, freezer and dry environments.
• Pass pre-employment drug test.
• EPJ certification within the new-hire training period.
• Ability to complete required training independently.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety policies and maintain a safe work area.
• Review schedule, obtain supplies, and prepare for operations.
• Meet productivity and accuracy standards per location and guidelines.
• Place pallets on pallet jack and locate products on multi-level racks.
• Manually place stock items on pallets from pick slots and racks.
• Transport completed orders to shipping dock and wrap as needed.
• Remove batteries, replace and complete vehicle inspection checklist.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
