Job summary

Performance Food Group is hiring Warehouse Selectors, Non‑Formula, to join our team in Wisconsin. You will select and move product between docks and within the warehouse, using pallet jacks, forklifts, and related equipment to fulfill customer orders.

The role requires standing, walking, lifting, and operating in multi‑temperature environments. Training begins at $18.03/hour with an average of $23/hour after training, with Sunday through Thursday night shifts from 4 PM until completed.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand, walk, reach and lift repeatedly during shift.
• Able to lift 10–35 pounds and generally up to 60–90 pounds depending on location.
• Able to work in multi‑temperature environments (cooler, freezer, dry).
• Pass post‑offer drug test and criminal background check.
• Ability to become EPJ certified within new-hire training.
• Ability to complete required training independently.

Responsibilities

• Review work schedule and prepare materials for operations.
• Perform safety checks on pallet jack/forklift and use safety devices.
• Wear required PPE and safety gear.
• Move pallets to locate products in multi‑level racks.
• Place stock items on pallets as required and wrap for shipment.
• Transport completed orders to shipping dock and stage pallets.
• Complete paperwork and maintain equipment safety at end of shift.
• Meet productivity and accuracy standards per location.
