Job summary

Staples Canada is hiring for multiple warehouse associate roles in Beloit. You may work in Bulk/Material Handling, Porter, Replenishment, Receiving/Putaway/Returns, Returns, or Shipping, with cross-training across all areas. You will operate various material handling equipment to move products safely and efficiently.

The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and the ability to adapt to different tasks in a fast-paced environment. Overtime may be required based on business needs.

Qualifications

• 3 months related warehouse experience or equivalent training/education.
• Ability to pass drug screen as per policy.
• Basic English language skills, verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, cherry pickers, turrets, pallet jacks) to pick/move product up to 100 lbs, following safety procedures.
• Perform warehouse tasks such as cleaning, basic maintenance and organizing work areas.
• Assist with receiving/putaway/returns and verify product accuracy, handle discrepancies and damages.
• Ship orders by stacking, shrink-wrapping and loading trucks; move products within warehouse.
• Be prepared to move into SC2 or SC1 roles as needed.
