Job summary

Staples Beloit, WI is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our world-class supply chain team. You may work in one of six areas, doing safety-conscious picking, packing, and material handling in a fast-paced environment.

The role offers a 4x10 shift pattern and a competitive pay rate with shift differential, plus benefits for full-time employees. You must be at least 18 and able to lift 70–100 lbs with safety shoes.

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) months related experience in a warehouse environment; or any equivalent combination of acceptable training, education, and experience.
• Ability to pass a drug screen to the extent permissible legally.
• Basic English language skills (both verbal and written communications).
• If you are hired as a Full-Time associate, you must have the ability to work additional hours beyond scheduled shift; overtime hours may be required.
• Ability to work at heights up to 60 feet or more as needed.
• Ability to lift, push or pull boxes/merchandise weighing between 70 pounds and 100 pounds by hand.
• Must wear safety composite shoes.
• Ability to walk and stand 100% of the time.
• You must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Operate material handling equipment to pick and move products up to 100 lbs within the warehouse.
• Perform general cleaning and basic maintenance duties in and around the facility.
• Replenish inventory using equipment as needed while following safety procedures.
• Receive, put away, and returns verification; address discrepancies and damages; communicate with internal/external contacts to resolve issues.
• Process returns: match quantities and descriptions to packing slips; tag returned items.
• Organize, stack, and shrink-wrap customer orders; load trucks manually; maintain a safe workspace.
