Job summary

Staples Beloit distribution team is hiring for multiple warehouse roles. You will operate material handling equipment to pick and move product up to 100 lbs, assist with receiving, returns, and shipping, and maintain a clean, safe work environment.

Roles include bulk operator, porter, replenishment, and returns, with potential movement across adjacent positions as needed. Qualified candidates have at least three months in a warehouse setting, can lift 70–100 lbs, pass a drug screen, and

Qualifications

• Minimum three months related experience in a warehouse environment or equivalent training/experience.
• Ability to pass a drug screen where legally permissible.
• Basic English language skills (verbal and written).
• Overtime availability for full-time associates.
• Ability to work at heights up to 60 feet or more as needed.
• Ability to lift/push/pull 70–100 pounds by hand.
• Wear safety composite shoes and work in a warehouse with seasonal temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, cherry pickers, turrets, electric pallet jacks) to pick/move product up to 100 lbs.
• Perform general cleaning and maintenance in the facility.
• Replenish warehouse inventory and participate in packing, loading, and staging.
• Assist with receiving/putaway/returns processes and verify product accuracy.
• Handle returns by matching items to packing slips and tagging returned goods.
• Organize, stack, and shrink-wrap customer orders for shipment; load trucks manually.
• Be flexible to move into different roles (SC2/SC1) as needed.
• Contribute to safe-work practices and uphold Staples safety culture.
