Job summary

Staples is hiring a Warehouse Associate to support the Staples World Class Supply Chain Team. The role spans multiple areas, including bulk handling, porter, replenishment, receiving/putaway, returns, and shipping. You may be moved between roles as needed to meet business needs.

Responsibilities include operating forklifts and related equipment to move products up to 100 lb, maintaining a clean workspace, and adhering to safety procedures. OSHA-compliant footwear required.

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) months related experience in a warehouse environment; or any equivalent combination of acceptable training, education, and experience.
• Ability to pass a drug screen where legally permissible.
• Basic English language skills (verbal and written).
• Overtime may be required for Full-Time associates.
• Ability to work at heights up to 60 feet or more as needed.
• Must lift 70–100 lbs by hand.
• Must wear safety composite shoes.

Responsibilities

• Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, cherry pickers, turrets, or electric pallet jacks to pick or move products up to 100 lbs.
• Perform general cleaning and basic maintenance in and around the facility.
• Assist in receiving/putaway/returns and shipping tasks as needed.
• Participate in safe work practices and follow safety culture.
