Job summary

Staples is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our World Class Supply Chain team on a 4x10 schedule: 8:00pm–6:30am, Monday–Thursday. You may work in six areas, including bulk handling, porter, replenishment, receiving/putaway/returns, returns, and shipping.

You could be moved between roles as needed to support the Staples Supply Chain. You will operate material handling equipment, move products, lift 70–100 lbs, and maintain a clean, safe workspace.

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) months related experience in a warehouse environment; or any equivalent combination of acceptable training, education, and experience.
• Ability to pass a drug screen to the extent permissible legally.
• Basic English language skills (both verbal and written communications).
• If you are hired as a Full-Time associate, you must have the ability to work additional hours beyond scheduled shift; additional overtime hours will be required based on business need.
• Ability to work at heights up to 60 feet or more as needed.
• An ability to lift, push or pull boxes/merchandise weighing between 70 pounds and 100 pounds by hand.
• Must wear safety composite shoes.
• Ability to walk and stand 100% of the time.
• You must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Operate material handling equipment safely in a warehouse setting.
• Move products within the facility and assist with receiving, putaway, and returns.
• Support replenishment, bulk handling, and shipping activities.
• Assist with loading trucks and stacking pallets.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment and adhere to safety procedures.
• Be flexible to move between SC1/SC2 roles as needed.
